Voltiqson provides trading education and information only. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, portfolio management, or any other regulated financial service. Nothing on this website or within any course constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Before trading with real capital, seek independent advice from an FCA-authorised financial adviser.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing our services is lawful. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT at 20%. One-time course fees are charged immediately upon purchase. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Monthly subscriptions (Advanced Trader Programme and Elite Mentorship) automatically renew every 30 days from your enrolment date. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at each renewal. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each renewal date.
To cancel automatic renewal, log in to your account dashboard and navigate to Subscription Settings, or email [email protected] before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
All first-time purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] with your order confirmation number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
The guarantee does not apply to: repeat purchases of the same course, purchases made more than 14 days ago, or accounts found to have violated these Terms.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days, except where the 14-day guarantee applies. There are no cancellation fees.
All course content — including videos, written materials, frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools — is the exclusive intellectual property of Voltiqson Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or resell any content without prior written permission. Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access course materials for their own educational use.
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. We make no guarantee of financial returns, profits, or specific trading outcomes. Testimonials and examples on this site represent individual experiences and are not typical. Past performance of any trading strategy is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voltiqson Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or your trading activities. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for your course or subscription in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
